Deborah Samuel: Suspects Declared Wanted By Police. The Sokoto State Police Command has declared wanted some students of the Shehu Shagari College of Education, Sokoto over the killing and burning of a 200 Level student, Deborah Samuel, for blasphemy. The Command declared the suspects wanted in a statement by its spokesman, ASP Sanusi Abubakar, on Tuesday. Abubakar said those declared wanted were the ones who claimed they were behind the killing of Samuel in viral videos. He said: “The Sokoto State Command under the able leadership of the Commissioner of Police, CP Kamaldeen Kola Okunlola, has declared the suspects spotted on the viral video  wanted.
