Lagos lawmaker Hon Okanlawon unveils Action Plan for February 2022
Tbe Honourable member  representing Kosofe Constituency 1 at the Lagos State House of Assembly and Chairman House Committee on Education (Ministry and Agencies), Hon Sanni Ganiyu Okanlawon has unveiled his action plan for the month of February 2022 geared towards ensuring good governance, quality representation and delivery of more dividends of democracy to the people.
According to the lawmaker, during the month, he will be organizing a debate competition tagged 'Hon Okla sponsored Kosofe Constituency 1 Secondary Schools debate competition' aimed at enabling Students to think critically and develop their intellectual capacity through expansion of their minds and increasing understanding of multiple sides of important issues.
The Topic for the debate competition is: 'GOVERNMENT SHOULD SPEND MORE MONEY ON SECURITY THAN EDUCATION'.
Winner of Hon Okla Debate Competition will get #250,000 ( Student/Teacher), 1st Runner up #150,000 ( Student/ Teacher) and  2nd Runner up #100,000
(Student/ Teacher).
In addition, during the month, Hon Okanlawon will be carrying out OVERSIGHT FUNCTION on the ongoing state projects facilitated by him. The projects are as follows:

● The ongoing First and only Fire station project in  the broader Kosofe constituencies

● The road project beside Kosofe Local Govt 

● Mende/Arowojobe link bridge

● Visits to see the situation of our Primary Drainage Channels (CANALS) preparatory to the rains.

OGUNLEWE'S AIDE, FUNSHO SAMAGBEYI, BURIES FATHER IN-LAW IN DELTA STATE. The father-in-law of the Senior Special Assistant on  Health to Hon. Barr. Moyosore Ogunlewe was on Saturday buried in his hometown at the Frederick-Ishie Residence, Along Frederick-Ishie Crescent Umutu , Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta State. The late Mr. Frederick O. Ishie  who died on 20th day of August 2023 at the age of 70 years, was the father of Dr.Mrs. Samagbeyi.    The late Frederick served as the general manager (Technical) of the Insurance Powerhouse, Standard Insurance Consultants.  Late Fred is an associate member of the Institute of Commercial Management Berkshire England and also an executive member of American Institute of Management, Boston.
