JUST IN: Sanwo-Olu Vows To Investigate Exploitation Of Residents By Security Officers
Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Sunday vowed to immediately take action to address reports of exploitation of residents by some security officers.

The Governor, in a statement, said the reports to that effect were worrying, and that prompt action would be taken to redress the situation.

According to the Governor, "The safety of our residents is my number one duty as the Chief Security Officer of Lagos state. 

"So, reading reports of seemingly unlawful exploitation by the people charged with the duty to protect the people is very worrying and needs to be addressed immediately. 

"Be assured that appropriate actions will be taken, and speedily too."
