SUPPORT FOR ABIRU: WARD-C TEAM LED BY HON. FUNSHO ODUNTAN (TORONTO) DISTRIBUTES FOOD PALLIATIVE TO SECURITY AGENCIES AND ELECTORATES

In order to ensure that no stone is left unturned ahead of the forthcoming bye- election, Ifako (Ward-C) team led by Hon. Funsho Oduntan a.k.a Toronto has extended massive support for the Lagos East candidate Tokunbo Abiru.

After meeting with the OPC group under the leadership of Alhaji Sanusi Skido  in Ifako Ward C, Kosofe LG, the team visited DPO, CSP Isiagu Joseph
-DPO Ifako Gbagada Police Station with presentation of food Palliatives to the operative.

The DPO talking to the team appreciated what the community has been contributing to the Station, and assured them of maximum security in place vis-a-vis free and fair election:

"I know that people of this Area have been trying for this Station, now all they seek is how to ensure maximum security on the community during and after the election. 

Funsho Oduntan popularly called Toronto in his long chat with the Media emphasized on the readiness for the forthcoming election and therefore promised massive support for Ward-C come 5th December, 2020:

"Towards the election coming up on Saturday, we want the kind of all inclusive representation. We know that our representative can't be everywhere, obviously Tokunbo Abiru cannot be here. So we have a kind of extension from what he is doing and we have decided to assist with this within our own means to support this quest; his election on the 5th of December. And by the grace of God we believe that he is going to win the election.

"What we packaged basically are food items, because we all know that food is a very essential commodity apart from face caps and other materials given. So we have decided to encourage people to come and support our candidate because he can't be physically everywhere. We need to give him massive support from Ward-C to ensure the electorates vote under a peaceful atmosphere."

The team however, promised to secure majority vote for Tokunbo Abiru, come Saturday the 5th.

The meeting was anchored by Hon. Dorojaye Olamiju, Public Relation officer ward C.

Present at the meeting are Chief Kayode Onasanya ( Apex leader), Mr. Abiodun Aladesanmi( Asst. Apex Leader), Hon. Agbooola Azeez (Ward Chairman), Mr. Sanni Attah (Vice Chairman), Mr. Oriyomi Lawrence (Ward Secretary), Mrs. Janet Ajayi(Woman Leader), Comrade Balogun Azeez(Youth Leader), Mr. Taiwo Adedeji(Black Jesus) ably represented by Team Kosofe.
