ANTHONY VILLAGE NGCHUKS LIONS CLUB SUPPORTS  MARKET WOMEN.
..........Donates environmental cleaning materials 
 As part of its community support programmes/ services and to ensure a cleaner and disease free environment particularly market places that are proned to filts and dirts, the Anthony Village  NGChucks Lions Club of Region 3, District 404A1 has donated brooms, packers, and dustbins to the market women in Anthony Village.
The donation  was done with the full complement of all the Members of Anthony Village NGChucks Lions club.

Speaking on the donation, the Chartered President of Anthony Village NGChuks Lions Club, Lion James Uwuseba said the Club whose full name was  "Liberty intelligence our Nation Safety" but shortened to an acronym 'Lions' operating in over 200 countries worldwide with their operational Headquarters in the United States of America. Lion James Uwuseba added  further that the club has Cardinal areas of focus which are Vision, Hunger, Diabetes, Environment, Childhood Cancer and Youth development. He said what informed the donation of cleaning materials  to the market Women in Anthony Village, was to ensure Anthony Village maintains a cleaner and filty free environment particularly in market places where foodstuffs are sold, since its operational base is Anthony Village. He also explained that the club undertook other communal services from the Cardinal  focus areas.
The  head of the Market women in Anthony Village,  iyaloja General of Anthony Village and iyaloja of Kosofe Local government, Alhaja Bushrat Bisoye Bolatito Balogun was so elated and lauded Anthony Village NGChuks Lions Club for their donation. She said the cleaning materials would be used judiciously in the market places to ensure dirt free environment. She thanked the Members of Anthony Village NGChuks Lions Club for their communal services and magnanimity.

OGUNLEWE'S AIDE, FUNSHO SAMAGBEYI, BURIES FATHER IN-LAW IN DELTA STATE. The father-in-law of the Senior Special Assistant on  Health to Hon. Barr. Moyosore Ogunlewe was on Saturday buried in his hometown at the Frederick-Ishie Residence, Along Frederick-Ishie Crescent Umutu , Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta State. The late Mr. Frederick O. Ishie  who died on 20th day of August 2023 at the age of 70 years, was the father of Dr.Mrs. Samagbeyi.    The late Frederick served as the general manager (Technical) of the Insurance Powerhouse, Standard Insurance Consultants.  Late Fred is an associate member of the Institute of Commercial Management Berkshire England and also an executive member of American Institute of Management, Boston.
