KOSOFE  LG HOLDS RETREAT FOR YEAR 2022 BUDGET.
It was a purposeful deliberation towards achieving a greater Kosofe Local Government  Area as the Executive Chairman of Kosofe Hon.Barr.  begins his 3-Day Financial Budget Retreat for the year 2022 which is tagged: *Budget of Inclusiveness" today, Friday 21st January, 2022 at Lacasa Hotel and Suites, Epe.
The programme was well attended by all members of the Management, Chief of Staff, Special Assistants, Head of Departments, Head of Units, CDC Chairman, key Council Officials, and other staffs of the local government.
The Y2021 Budget Retreat was declared open with an opening speech by the Executive chairman followed by the welcome address.
The Head of Administration appreciated all the stakeholders present at the retreat for their continuous support for this present administration and made it known that the aim of preparing for the 2022 financial year is to make the very best out of the budget while ensuring a sustainable development in the entire local government.
The budget performance of the previous year was reviewed by Mr. Bello Bolaji, who also made proposal towards 2022 budget appropriation in the local government.
The budget retreat also witnessed discussions on different revenues that can enhance community development as all the Head of Departments took their time to defend their departmental budgets appropriately and different inputs were taking into consideration for maximum productivity in the 2022 budget.

All stakeholders present at the retreat contributed wholesomely to the Y2022 budget in a bid to ensure the growth and development of Kosofe Local Government.

OGUNLEWE'S AIDE, FUNSHO SAMAGBEYI, BURIES FATHER IN-LAW IN DELTA STATE. The father-in-law of the Senior Special Assistant on  Health to Hon. Barr. Moyosore Ogunlewe was on Saturday buried in his hometown at the Frederick-Ishie Residence, Along Frederick-Ishie Crescent Umutu , Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta State. The late Mr. Frederick O. Ishie  who died on 20th day of August 2023 at the age of 70 years, was the father of Dr.Mrs. Samagbeyi.    The late Frederick served as the general manager (Technical) of the Insurance Powerhouse, Standard Insurance Consultants.  Late Fred is an associate member of the Institute of Commercial Management Berkshire England and also an executive member of American Institute of Management, Boston.
