THE SECOND COMING OF THE MAN FROM' OKLA-HOMA.   ( Series 2) By Kehinde Dare. Anipr, Mibc.
Okla is a man who is highly gifted in Corporate Governance, a hard-nosed debator, a man with  pragmatic approach to issues and challenges rather than Political ideology, of course, he favours and accepts the facts of practicality and literal truth.
He is a sermoniser who preaches the gospel of practical politics, "Do what you say", a philosophy of pragmatism and realism as espoused by Socrates and Pluto.
Perhaps, Okla might be a  scholar in the  Socratic school of  political philosophy, the  path he is still charting  hitherto.
He is not a rookie in the corridor of power, he was a special Adviser to former Governor Akinwunmi Ambode on food Security, the position he used in addressing  food challenges and scarcity. We still remember the issue of Lake rice, a joint  venture between Lagos and Kebbi State where  he played a larger-than- life role.
As a legislator representing Kosofe Constituency 1,  Okla  is a gift  and a God sent.
The Constituency would not have elected a more eccletic representative than him. He took up their welfare like a personal issue.
The cerebral Chairman of Education committee in the house is always in the forefront of getting the best for his proteges where ever he can spread his influence
It was on the records that he gave scholarship for selected students with brilliant requisites in kosofe. 
On his health programme, Okla gave free health scheme to his people recently, and of late got some young people employed in the teaching amongst various  welfare packages he sponsored.
Okla facilitated the presence of the state government in Kosofe through Construction of Opebi- ojota link road, and other constructions recently.
One thing that cannot be doubted is his sterling   performances which automatically gives him unfettered access back to Alausa come 2023.

OGUNLEWE'S AIDE, FUNSHO SAMAGBEYI, BURIES FATHER IN-LAW IN DELTA STATE. The father-in-law of the Senior Special Assistant on  Health to Hon. Barr. Moyosore Ogunlewe was on Saturday buried in his hometown at the Frederick-Ishie Residence, Along Frederick-Ishie Crescent Umutu , Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta State. The late Mr. Frederick O. Ishie  who died on 20th day of August 2023 at the age of 70 years, was the father of Dr.Mrs. Samagbeyi.    The late Frederick served as the general manager (Technical) of the Insurance Powerhouse, Standard Insurance Consultants.  Late Fred is an associate member of the Institute of Commercial Management Berkshire England and also an executive member of American Institute of Management, Boston.
