The Hon. Member representing Kosofe Constituency 1.Hon.Sanni Ganiyu Okanlawon known as Okla has praised God for sparing their lives to witness this year, Eid el- Kabir celebration. Said he, "We must continue to thank Almighty Allah for preserving our lives up till now to witness this days, Allihamudulilahi robiliaminu. The situation in the country calls for concern and we must pray to Allah to help stopping all the unpalatable situation."

He calls for collective supplication to Allah to help stopping banditry, kidnapping, irredentism and terrorism.
On his Eid- El kabir message, he urged the people of kosofe and lagos State in general to always eschew violence and imbibe the virtues of tolerance, piety and obedience as exemplified by Prophet ibrahim and his Son.

Okanlawon said Muslim must abhor hate, they must show love to one another.

On his issue of good governance, Hon. Okanlawon said the people representatives must continuously agitating and campaigning for good governance, "believe me the only party that can guarantee good governance is our great Party, All Progressives Congress"0kanlawon added.

OGUNLEWE'S AIDE, FUNSHO SAMAGBEYI, BURIES FATHER IN-LAW IN DELTA STATE. The father-in-law of the Senior Special Assistant on  Health to Hon. Barr. Moyosore Ogunlewe was on Saturday buried in his hometown at the Frederick-Ishie Residence, Along Frederick-Ishie Crescent Umutu , Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta State. The late Mr. Frederick O. Ishie  who died on 20th day of August 2023 at the age of 70 years, was the father of Dr.Mrs. Samagbeyi.    The late Frederick served as the general manager (Technical) of the Insurance Powerhouse, Standard Insurance Consultants.  Late Fred is an associate member of the Institute of Commercial Management Berkshire England and also an executive member of American Institute of Management, Boston.
