SHOW BIZ lMPRESARIO, "PERUZZI" lN N3 MILLION MESS.

....To be sued for breach of Contract.   

 The popular showbiz entertainer and musician, Mr. Tobechukwu Victor Okoh, of Golden Boy Music, popularly called Peruzzi is in N3 Million  music contract mess.

Peruzzi  failed to turn up at the  wedding ceremony which he was billed to perform at E3 event and Banquet Hall in Uyo, Akwa ibom State on 23rd July, 2022 having received the contract sum of #3 million in addition to other sundry expenses which included two-way business class flight tickets for him, his band Manager and Photographer with reservations of hotels, the total of which is #3,670,000.   

In a strong worded letter forwarded to the musician by the counsel to the complainant, Mr. Daniel Udoma Idoteyin, Peruzzi was asked to justify why litigation would not be the next action if he failed to refund the contract sum paid to his Zenith Account in two instalments with other sundry expenses. The  lawyer to the Complainant Messrs  Ademola Adefolaju said inspite of the payment of the requisite fees to secure the presence of Tobechukwu  Victor Okoh alias Peruzzi at the wedding reception with the flight tickets and reservation of Hotel suits expenses incurred in the process by his client, the musician deliberately and without  any lawful justification refused to turn up  at the occasion, thus breached the contractual agreement between his client and the musician, adding that all attempts to persuade Peruzzi to refund the money being paid for the botched show proved abortive. 

Adefolaju wrote that such braggadocio and unveiled display of contempt to the plight of his client was not only  improper, but disgusting and distateful to his client, adding that the agreement with Peruzzi to perform at the conjugal ceremony was entered into freely, mutually and devoid of threat or force.

The legal practitioner warned the musician to peacefully refund the money or face legal action.
