Engr. Abiodun Owokoya, Abbey Cheche is a youth promoters  anywhere he has the opportunity to interact with them. He is at home with them whether in Lagos Nigeria,  Washington DC or Maryland in United States. He is a lover of youths. He speaks their language and understands their mien and comportment. He can rightly be called "Universal youths Ambassador and mobilizer".
His rally at Washington District of Columbia and Maryland not Lagos, but USA, where diasporal youths came out to identify with the               in- coming President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu was quite scintillating, thought- provoking and infact  colourful.
This rally is a clear indication that Abbey Cheche is a stakeholder in Asiwaju's enlarge government.
