The good people of Lagos State has magnanimously re-elected Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-olu to continue in office for the second term.
The deluge of congratulatory messages that have poured in were overwhelming.
The executive chairman Kosofe Local government, Barrister Moyosore Ogunlewe who has been upbeat on the victory, said Mr. Sellable, the governor re- election was a well deserved victory. He said the glisten performances of Mr. Governor in the State gave him that victory.
Oloworo of Oworonshoki, Oba Babatunde Saliu in his own message, commended INEC officials for professional conduct of the historic election particularly in Kosofe local government.
The Monarch explained that the good people of Lagos State appreciated the good work of the governor, hence the overwhelming votes that returned him to office. Oba saliu said he particularly elated that the outcome of the polls favour the right candidates who would continue to give good representation
Oloworo thanked the people of kosofe for their good and mature conduct.
In a similar vein, the election monitoring group in Kosofe, also lauded the victory of Mr. Governor which they attributed to his great performances.
Speaking on the monitoring of the election, and the victory of Mr Sanwoolu, the councillor representing Ward A at oworo, Hon. Adewale Omofojoye said it was deal well done and incontrovertible fact that Sanwoolu election and honourable Ganiyu Okanlawon are not negotiable. In a voice that showed a bit of emotion, when he considered as insult for an outsider from south east to clinch the leadership position.
Hon Omofojoye said he monitored the polling unit under him and ensured that he delivered it to his party.
The erstwhile Chairman of the council Hon. Ademuyiwa Adedeji said people of kosofe have performed well by voting rightly for the performers
