"IT'S TIME TO HARNESS THE POTENTIAL OF OUR YOUTHS.... " OWOKOYA.
..... Promises to take them off the streets.

.... Their psychomotor skills must be tapped.
An Advocate for youths empowerment and development who is also a politician of the school of President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Engr. Abiodun Owokoya, popularly known as Cheche has called for the engagement of youths generally to harness the God-given potential.

An American-based politician who recently organized an unprecedented rally for the President-elect at the White House, the seat of the American government explained that youths are the salt that season any human community, Any country or human community that overlooks the potential of its army of youths is programming itself for doom just as any leader who underrates them is taking a giant leap to failure.

Engr. Owokoya (Cheche) peeved about how youths especially the highly talented and skilful ones in Kosofe community were left  to roam the streets, has come up with a programme designed to integrate them into decent mean of earning a livelihood.

Cheche has decided to kickstart his programme by engaging them in psychomotor development which is aimed at developing their basic skills in sports particularly football. He had planned to create a  state of the arts football Academy where youths with skills for soccer would be trained and consequently move on to higher level where they can  showcase and market their skills. Cheche said the football Academy is imperative as a veritable soccer school to train potential footballers needed for National and international assignments. In other words, Cheche is saying that it is his own little contribution to soccer development in Nigeria.

As an addendum to the soccer Academy, Engr. Owokoya is also planning to organize a vocational training center, which is in conjunction with the Local government Council in Kosofe.
The Council's Secretariat can be used to train our youths of both sexes in various vocational trades such as catering,  tailoring, barbing, photography, computer, and other skillful trades.
Cheche further added that at the end of their training, the trainees would be set up, by purchasing working tools for them
