KOSOFE LG HOLDS  8TH ANNUAL RAMADAN LECTURE.

The Executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government hosts the Unified Local Government Muslim(Staff) Association Lagos State, Kosofe Chapter to another Ramadan Lecture on Tuesday 11th April, 2023 at the council Secretariat. 
The guest lecturer, 
 Iman Imran Rufai, Director, the Arabic Village, Ikosi-Ketu, Lagos, spoke on the Role of Ramadan in Strengthening the Relationship With Allah, His Creations, Developing Self- Discipline And Will-Power 

Speaking at the 8th Ramadan lecture, the council boss disclosed that he was always delighted to attend Ramadan Lectures during the holy month because of the lessons attached to them.
He advised Muslims to emulate the fathers of Islam and follow their teachings.


The Ramadan lecture was graced by the Secretary to the local government, Hon. Fatai Gbadebo, Councillors, Head of Administration, Mrs. Ogabi A. Supervisors, SSAs, Management and Staff.
Other religious leaders are Abdulraheem O. Obasa, Chief Imam Kosofe LG.; Alhaji Sikiru, Amin, Kosofe LG. Mosque; Alhaja Risikat Adedeji, Amira, Kosofe LG. Mosque, Alhaja Sakirat Adewusi, Alhaji Yusuf Durojaye, Chief Imam Ogudu Central Mosque, Ogudu., A.V.M Bayo Lawal, Alhaja Ashorobi, Alhaja Group Captain Abdulsalam, and other dignitaries.

OGUNLEWE'S AIDE, FUNSHO SAMAGBEYI, BURIES FATHER IN-LAW IN DELTA STATE. The father-in-law of the Senior Special Assistant on  Health to Hon. Barr. Moyosore Ogunlewe was on Saturday buried in his hometown at the Frederick-Ishie Residence, Along Frederick-Ishie Crescent Umutu , Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta State. The late Mr. Frederick O. Ishie  who died on 20th day of August 2023 at the age of 70 years, was the father of Dr.Mrs. Samagbeyi.    The late Frederick served as the general manager (Technical) of the Insurance Powerhouse, Standard Insurance Consultants.  Late Fred is an associate member of the Institute of Commercial Management Berkshire England and also an executive member of American Institute of Management, Boston.
