"YOU'RE GOD SENT" ........ Anthony Village and Mende residents laud Ogunlewe for a job well done. The hardworking Chairman of Kosofe Local Government had received a commendation from the residents of Anthony Village and Mende for completion of construction work on Mudi lane, Sunmola street, Adebowale/Salami Street, Mende  while  Alade Lawal street, is nearing completion with a pledge to move to Deji Odunuga street today. The Council's helmsman has assured the residents of Oworo and Ifako that the roads Construction would move to their areas by next month. It would be recalled that the effervescent Chairman said infrastructural development and people's welfare would form the agenda of the second segment of his Administration. He made this remark at the press interactive session during his account rendering parley with media on his two years on the saddle.

Murder of LASU student: Osun High Court sentences Prophet, other to death by hanging Osun State High Court, sitting in Ikire, presided over by Honourable Justice Christiana Olokede Obadina today convicted Prophet Philip Segun and Owolabi Adeeko for the murder of one Favour Duley Oladele, a final year student of Lagos State University. The Convicts are Prophet Philip Segun (42 years) and Owolabi Adeeko (23 years), while Bola Adeeko (46 years) was convicted for eating human flesh. The Convicts are facing two counts charge of conspiracy and murder, contrary to Section 324 and 319(1) of the Criminal Code Cap. 34 Laws of Osun State, 2002. The prosecution team from the Ministry of Justice was led by the Solicitor General and Permanent Secretary, Barrister Adekemi Bello appeared along with Barrister Ajibola Alade and others. Bello notified the Court during the trial that the convicts committed the offence on 8th of December, 2019 and arraigned in the Court on 15th November, 2021.

Ogunlewe unwind his achievements that covered infrastructures development and welfare of people generally.  'We have constructed 11 Roads Project In Kosofe', he explained. 'These roads include Ogundairo Street, Oworonshoki Ward B, Awanatu Street, Oworonshoki Ward B, Baale Close Oworonshoki Ward B, Aran Orin Street in Ifako Ward C, Julius Kadiri Street, ifako Ward C, Adebayo Mokuolu Street,  Anthony Ward D Abioye Street,  Mende -Maryland Ward E, Abayomi Odubela Street in Ojota Ward F, Araromi Street in Ogudu Ward G, Idowu Dada Street in Ogudu Ward G, Ajoke Ogunlewe Street in Ogudu Ward G".
