Senator Tokunbo Abiru Congratulates Omooba Olumuyiwa Samuel Sosanya On His 80th Birthday.

On behalf of my family and the good people of Lagos East Senatorial District, I heartily congratulate my esteemed Leader and member of the prestigious Governance Advisory Council, GAC, *Omooba Olumuyiwa Samuel Sosanya* on the occasion of his 80th birthday.

I reflected on the life of Omooba Sosanya, filled with extraordinary achievements, inspiring leadership, courage  and unwavering dedication to the betterment of his prestigious accounting profession and public service.

This zeal for excellence he exhibited from the early days of his illustrious career as an accomplished accountant, Omooba Sosanya demonstrated the same exceptional professionalism and ethical standards in his political career , earning him the admiration and respect of peers and mentees alike.

In the field of accounting, he has been elevated to the status of a sage with his dogged fight to open up the space for many to hone their skills and flourish in the prestigious profession through the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), he founded and served as the first president between 1979 and 1996. I celebrate Omooba Sosanya's sterling accomplishments.

On this milestone, I join his family, friends, professional colleagues, mentees, numerous political associates and well-wishers in wishing him a happy 80th birthday. I pray that God Almighty will continue to bless him as he celebrates this landmark birthday. Ameen.

OGUNLEWE'S AIDE, FUNSHO SAMAGBEYI, BURIES FATHER IN-LAW IN DELTA STATE. The father-in-law of the Senior Special Assistant on  Health to Hon. Barr. Moyosore Ogunlewe was on Saturday buried in his hometown at the Frederick-Ishie Residence, Along Frederick-Ishie Crescent Umutu , Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta State. The late Mr. Frederick O. Ishie  who died on 20th day of August 2023 at the age of 70 years, was the father of Dr.Mrs. Samagbeyi.    The late Frederick served as the general manager (Technical) of the Insurance Powerhouse, Standard Insurance Consultants.  Late Fred is an associate member of the Institute of Commercial Management Berkshire England and also an executive member of American Institute of Management, Boston.
